When I first saw the original Clone Wars animated micro-series, I fell in love with the ARC troopers. I kept saying I'd build one, but never got around to it. The NEG planned to support a blood drive with the American Red Cross, and I decided that was the perfect time to make a Red ARC, aka Fordo.
While not quite complete, Fordo is troopable!
The mantle is made from 11oz tooling leather, wet formed to the armor:
The pouches are vacuum formed from black HIPS plastic
And the kama is black wool
